We were pleased to have worked on the framing for Robyn Emerson’s exhibition of encaustic works at the Town Hall Gallery in Hawthorn. Robyn’s works were framed in custom milled American Hard Maple floater frames. You can see Robyn’s exhibition until March 1st 2014.
We recently completed the framing of an exhibition by Melbourne print maker Larry Parkinson. Larry’s work is highly detailed and produced using multi plate wood blocks. The works on paper have been float mounted and framed with spacers in box white frames.
The show is currently being held at The Stockroom in Kyneton until September 8th. Please see http://www.stockroomkyneton.com/exhibitions/index.html for more information.
Welcome to our new blog! We are thrilled to bring you updates on what’s going on here at Visual Heritage and fill the pages with photographs that will hopefully inspire you.
First up is a very exciting exhibition featuring our local suburb, Balwyn with photographs taken by Clive Enticott. These scanned and restored photographs from the 1960s are printed on fine art paper and show a very different street scene to what we have today. Featured in them are milk bars, shops, trams, cars and other local landmarks which have either changed hands or been knocked down for new developments, except a coffee shop, still open today.
Exhibition will be on until late April.
